Todd Kackley - Keynote

Todd Kackley is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Textron, where he leads enterprise-wide digital strategy, IT operations, and cybersecurity across the company’s aerospace, defense, and industrial segments. With more than 25 years of experience, Todd has spearheaded transformative digital initiatives that optimize performance and support strategic decision-making.

Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership positions at Textron Systems and Bell, where he directed technology modernization efforts and aligned IT investments with strategic business objectives. Todd is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation. He champions the adoption of emerging technologies including cloud computing and artificial intelligence to strengthen Textron’s competitive advantage.

A multiple cancer survivor, Todd is a passionate advocate for cancer awareness and access to care. He serves as a volunteer board member for the American Cancer Society’s Dallas chapter of CEOs Against Cancer. Todd and his wife, Elsa, have lived in Southlake, Texas for over 17 years, where they raised their daughters, Isabella and Gabriela, both graduates of Southlake Carroll High School.
