Shiv Paul is a facilitator of change with 20+ years experience as a coach, speaker and management consultant for top 100 consulting firms based in Europe and the Americas serving clients all over the world. As a result of his work in leadership capability development and specialization in DEI, he has helped countless organizations and individuals achieve impact in delivering against goals, aligning to intentions and creating a more holistic approach to life that provides balance. He focuses on client values that determine action and behavior and his style combines his corporate sector experience with his diverse interest, research and certification in meditation, fitness instruction, personality types, psychology, documentary filmmaking and holding DEI positions on the boards of large sporting organizations. He was born in India, grew up in the U.K., lived in New York for 15 years until 2020 when he relocated back to the U.K.
What is TEDx? In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxSouthlake, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxSouthlake event, TED Talks videos and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
