Volunteer
Learn the platform, show commitment, and understand TEDx standards from the ground up.

Year 2
Board Member
Join a department: Operations, Technology, PR, Partnerships, Coaching, or Community Engagement.
3
Year 3
Executive Board / Dept Chair
Lead a department, or step into an organizer / co-organizer role.
4
Year 4
Organizer, Co-Organizer, or Speaker Track
Lead the event outright, or take everything learned to the stage as a speaker.
